I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the New Forest. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a comfortable night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive, with immaculately clean linen and towels. The staff were also very helpful and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the middle of the forest, providing easy access to stunning walking trails. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and be surrounded by nature, with ponies, donkeys, cows, and deer just a short walk away. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with incredibly comfortable beds for a peaceful night's rest. this hotel provided great basic amenities and a delightful stay.
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, as it is situated in the middle of nowhere next to a very busy dual carriageway. the only amenities nearby are a petrol station, which is not very convenient. there is a good pub nearby that serves excellent food if you're willing to venture a bit further.
The hotel exterior looks shabby and run-down, giving a less than welcoming first impression.

Enjoyed Easter break at this hotel. Great value for a comfortable night's stay. Free parking and easy access to main road were a plus. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and spacious, perfect for a family. The shower was hot and towels fluffy. Nice selection of teas and coffees in the room.
Some road noise could be heard from the busy nearby road, but this was expected given the convenient location. Lack of food options at the hotel required driving to find a restaurant.

Good Location, Friendly Staff, Small Convenience Store During our city trip, we stayed at a hotel that had a great location, within walking distance of many popular attractions. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had and offering suggestions for things to do.
the biggest issue was the constant noise pollution from the surrounding area, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
